Christopher Sullivan is the founder of Sullivan Management, a multi-faceted hospitality management and development firm operating assets primarily in the southeast.  He is a veteran entrepreneur who co-founded his first company in 1994. That company and partnership has survived and thrived over the past 25 years and now has over 1,000 employees. Sullivan has years of experience in real estate development, investor relations and a strong understanding of risk and risk mitigation.

He is a graduate of Towson University and the proud single father of two thriving children. Believing strongly in improving the human condition, Sullivan has endeavored to participate in and support a range of causes in community service, education and culture.  Among them are the Ronald McDonald House, South Carolina Oncology Association Cares, The March of Dimes, Special Olympics and The Humane Society.
