Ryan Irvin is the Controller for GEM Mining.

Prior to joining GEM Mining, Ryan was Assistant Controller at Lima One Capital, a specialty lender for real estate investors. Ryan joined Lima One in 2015 as a Staff Accountant and worked to shape the process and procedures to support the rapid growth that led to the company’s acquisition by MFA Financial in 2021. He was responsible for building the accounting team, implementing best-in-class technology, creating efficiencies, and providing rapid solutions for a team working in a fast-paced environment.

Before Lima One, Ryan worked to create and maintain financials for his family’s commercial HVAC company, CSI Mechanical, LLC. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Greenville University
